Hello, my name is Ron , on June 24 I Purchased two down loads of 2007 plus only needing one. For the last five days I've been trying to down load this program so that I might upgrade from my ad-aware SE with little success . Can anyone help , the error meesage that I constantly receive is as followes : Error 1722 There is a problem with this Windows Installer package . A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected . Contact your support personnel or package vendor . End of message . If this problem cannot be resolved can you please credit my two purchases and if fixable credit the extra purchase ? I await your reply . Thank you , Ron .
