Hello, I have bought Adaware in 2001 & in 2005 i have changed my email, from that time i have never received the login/password to logon on the New Members aria, The first email i send was on changeemailaddress@lavasoft.com i told them the same story above, after one week waiting i didn't receive reply, then i decide to email them again using: generalsupport@lavasoft.com with the same question & they replied that they reset the password for me & they asked me to check the email address which i have registered ad-aware (which is no longer working)

I send another email (third one) & told them again that the old email is not working & i need the new password to be send to the new email address... & they replied this answer

I do believe they identify you from that old e-mail.
You don't have to log in FROM that address, but you have to ENTER that address and password.
Cliffton
The Problem is that i don't know my password because they never gave it to me, They probably send it to the old email address which its no longer working

OR they may not have originally sent you a login and password. If you bought the original software in 2001, when I bought it, they didn't have the support center set up the way they do now. They didn't give us logins to the support center when we purchased the software.
The only place I could log into was an Element 5 Customer Care Center. They never could understand that I HAD NO original login to the Support Center.
I had to set up an entirely new account and re-purchase the software.

That's what I have, a sign in to Element5 (purchased in '02), cannot get new version. Hoping someone will straighten out this mess at some point!

after 5 emails they finally changed my email address.. however when i lookup for license to Adaware 2007 i notice that its not yet available, they said we are currently in the process of transferring valid Ad-Aware SE licenses to our new licensing system, and will have the Ad-Aware 2007 update available shortly, lets see how long this is going to take...
Catman51
Still waiting for an answer. Maybe next year??
Always get that same response. If they would put me in by hand maybe I could get in....
