i have read a few logs with the same problem. i have run adaware check with latest version also spybot s&d anti virus checks and still cannot remove this painful popup. also since i have had it startup has taken a lot longer so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. i have also added my hijackthis logClick to view attachment
