Full Version: No Go For Pro :(

I was going to renew my license for SE Pro and I cannot even do that. I login to support, go to renew and it takes me back to support login screen, over and over again. I cannot Upgrade to the new version because it says I am not elegable. I guess the only option I have is to purchase the new one, which to me is just bs. Any suggestions? Thanks unsure.gif

Are you talking about this page, under the "Customer E-store > License Renewals" (click on image to view full size):

Give it 12 hours (there is a lot of pressure on the servers at the moment), then try again.

If you still have problems, please post back (and no, please don't re-purchase - we can sort this out and get your existing license renewed at a cheaper cost cool.gif )

Customers with an existing Ad-Aware SE license will be able to update their software to Ad-Aware 2007 through the Support Center. We are currently in the process of transferring valid Ad-Aware SE licenses to our new licensing system, and will have the Ad-Aware 2007 update available shortly.

IMPORTANT! Please note that all license updates to 2007 will be automatically extended to cover the delay.
