I just cannot log into customer centre,using my e-mail address and password given when buying SE Plus. I have sent e-mails on a few occasions but nothing has been done. So I cannot download my new 2007 plus. Can anyone help. Mike.

I, also am not able to upgrade my SE version. The support page asks for email and password. I used my original email, but it keeps telling me that they do not have my email on file???? Let me know if you have any further luck.

i what to upgrade from the old ad-ware-pro to the 2007 pro i can not do to as it is the old one still !!!!!
