Hello..
I am wondering how exactly to deal with the above. When I run a new scan, AdAwareSE continues to detect quarantined items in my AntiVirus program (McAfee). How should I proceed? Is there a way to get AdAwareSE to ignore or skip over the quarantined items in the above and show only new viruses/threats? Please advise..

In AAW SE 1.06 (not AAW 2007) when the scan has finished, if there is anything detected that you do not want to be detected again in future scans, right-click on the item in the Results list and then click on "Add selected to Ignore List" (click on images to view full size):

Should wish to check on/remove anything from the Ignore list (or for that matter, restore items that have been put in Quarantine), you may access them from the main AD-Aware SE Status GUI:
