mad.gif And why wasn't I notified when it was??? My LPF license is current. How do I upgrade to v. 2??? Will I have to pay anything additional to obtain it??? It would certainly be nice if Lavasoft kept its customers apprised of the situation pertaining to its products!!!

I totally agree with Mike !! mad.gif ... Why are users with valid licences not notified when a new version is ready to be used ???!!!
And why is it not possible to download an upgrade, meanwhile the version 2 is ready to be bought and downloaded for new users who buy it ??

I send an email yesterday to customer support and the answer was : "I really could not say when this will be available. If you have a valid license you will get the upgrade for free when it is released." ... no date, no more information...

mad.gif If this is the Support Forum, why has no Lavasoft Support Personnel made a reply to my question??? Judging from the number of posts each day in this Forum, there are many unhappy customers. This is the fastest way to lose your clientele. How about some assistance here!!!

ditto all of the above

Hello,

Just now found this thread. These support forums are for user-to-user interaction and while LS staff sometimes visits and answers as they are able, they do not monitor these forums because they are busy answering requests via the Support Center to which all paid users of Lavasoft products are entitled. The Support Center is a free service for Lavasoft Personal Firewall users. Here is the link to get a support request going:
