I think I have QUITE A FEW viruses -- I ran Ad-Aware and it says its fixed everything but I'm still getting pop ups + slowed down...
First It messed up my internet explorer then I installed Firefox, I'm still getting IE pop-ups, and Firefox pop ups every so often...
I'd appreciate any help I can get, thanks!

And If theres anything in there that I shouldnt have installed please help with that too, thanks.

I see you have Viewpoint installed...
Viewpoint Manager is considered as foistware instead of malware since it is installed without users approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad". This will change from what we know in 2006 read this article: http://www.clickz.com/news/article.php/3561546
I suggest you remove the program now. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.

• Viewpoint
• Viewpoint Manager
• Viewpoint Media Player

Then, * Download Combofix to your desktop.
Doubleclick combofix.exe
Follow the prompts.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.

When finished and after reboot (in case it asks to reboot), it should open a log, combofix.txt.
Post this log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.
Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt - unless I ask you to.
