Soooo I reformatted my computer and installed LSPF using the backup cd that I ordered. Now its asking me to register again, only problem is that I dont have that huge key. I have my order reference number if that helps.. I've logged in to the website looking for a way to get another key so that the "trial" version pop up goes away, as my subscription is good till May '08.

Is there a way to get another registration code? I paid for the firewall not a trial version.

So did I pay $10 to have my name written on a cd?

I purchased LSPF and also ordered a backup cd which I just used after I reformatted my hard drive but it turns out that they put a trial version on the cd and write my name on it and sold it to me for $10?? Where or how can I get a registration code for the cd? I have my reference number if that is needed but I feel I've been jipped here. I liked ad-aware which is the reason I bought LSPF but it seems like a lot of people (including myself) have been ignored when it comes to customer service, which is probably why you will lose a customer when my subscription runs up...
