I installed the Ad-Aware 2007 I ran a full scan as suggested by Lavasoft went very well Then I registered and Lavasoft acknowledged the registration.

But when I at a later date tried to smart scan I get the messages that the product is not connected and is leaking memory.

I go to Add/Instal and use the repair system belonging to Ad-Aware and it installed again and I was able to run the scan

But when I wanted to run the scan again the same messages came up and I now cannot make Ad-Aware work at all.

So where do I go from here

As a licensed purchaser, you are entitled to paid Technical Support through the Lavasoft Support Center.

This forum is for the Lavasoft user-community to help each other informally - (that isn't to say that you won't find the help that you want here, just that you are entitled to paid support).
