Purchased Ad-Aware Plus with the license. The product will not complete the registration process. It actually locks up my computer. I've turned off all firewalls and anti-virus programs but the program still locks up. Support has not responded to my emails. How do I get a refund?

Your license that was provided with your purchase specifies that you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase if you wish to request one - log-in to the Support Center here: http://www.lavasoft.com/support/supportcenter/ to make your request for a refund.
