Finally someone else who can back me up on this! There have only been a few others who posted with this issue. I downloaded aaw 2007 8 days ago and have the same problem. The first day it found over 100 tracking cookies but after that, nothing except the same couple of MRU's but no cookies. Then a few days ago, it found a ton of cookies again, but would not remove most of them, showed an error. Since, again not one cookie found and I know there are tons. I will tell you now reinstalling does no good. I'm giving it another week then probably downloading spybot until this thing works-- sorry but it's not such a 'wonderful' application when it can't even detect/remove tracking cookies.

Mmm, me too. Mine has never found any tracking cookies, whereas the last version found them every few hours. Moreover, mine hangs every time I try to update the definitions. NOTHING happens if I leave it at auto-update. If I try manually, I get an error message SSL failed & the whole thing hangs & has to be closed with Task Manager. I've re-downloaded 3 times but nothing changes.

Re: the cookies, the last version found tracking cookies every few hours for me too, so you know if this one doesn't find any at all, something is definitely wrong. Just hope they read these and do something about it, but so far, and this issue was reported right after its release and no changes. Don't waste your time redownloading. Good Luck.

The IE cookies issue should be resolved with the next software update.
