my laptop always run this process at full CPU usage.
I scanned with Norton Antivirus 2004 and Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE but cant get any virus.
Anybody can help?

cidaemon.exe is a Microsoft process which indexes drives to allow faster searching. It should be set to low priority, so that it'll only use high amounts of CPU when idle.

To disable it, go to:

My Computer
Right-click on a hard-drive
Click Properties
Uncheck the box called "Allow Indexing Service to index this disk for fast file searching"

This should stop cidaemon.exe from running.
