I turn off the Anti-Virus Engine in Ad-Watch Live! but it keeps turning itself back on, i.e. the tick keeps arriving back in the checkbox in the Detection Layers section of the Settings panel. Any ideas?
I think someone else has reported this problem but I can't find their post.
Incidentally, I too am getting Registry and Network protection running in my free version as reported by many others.
I'm running WinXP Home SP3, Ad-Aware Free 8.3.1. and AVG Free 9.0.851.
Thanks.

Here's the original report:

This was reported to Lavasoft, and supposedly fixed with version 8.2.2 - then no replies after Lavasoft's, so they must have thought it was fixed.
I've opened a new bug thread to Lavasoft and linked to this topic.
