Hello,
I've gone to the LavaSoft website and tried to download the "Free" Personal version. When I tried to download it, I noticed it had "Spyware Doctor" that would load with it. I've had horrible experiences with "the Doctor", with constant "nag screens" coming up and slowing my computer to a crawl. I was 'redirected' to a supposed "trusted download software site". Question: Is there another really, trustworthy, site I can download the "Free" Personal version. Now, I know the screen name looks funny, but I'm an Amateur Radio operator (Morse code) that is involved with the severe weather network (Skywarn) that reports tornado's and other severe weather and damage. This will be for my personal computer and in no way used for commercial or non-profit purposes. Thanks, Don/KA5LQJ |
