Hijacked.... new log.... PLEASE help Options

Can someone PLEASE help me? I am virtually homebound, except for doctor visits, and my computer is my only connection to the outside world.

I first posted a hjt log on Jan. 2nd, after I bought aaw 2008 pro. My first successful scan showed win32.PWSTrojan.mapper, which I removed....I think. My computer is still very slow, freezing so that I have to turn computer off manually, and occasionally opening multiple windows continuously, causing me to have to manually turn off computer.

As I have used my computer much since I posted my first log on Jan. 2nd, I am posting a new log here. Thank you all.
