Whenever I run Ad-Aware now, before I can do anything, I always get this message:
System error: 1814 has occurred. Description: Could not login to service. Are you running this application as another user?Application terminates I then have to end it through the task manager, as the computer pretty much freezes up. How do I get rid of this error? I'm running Windows 2000, with AVG 7.5 as my anti-virus. Not sure what other system specs would be useful. |

Have you run a scan with AVG recently? If not, please do so as this could possibly be malware related.
Let me know the results, Casey -------------------- Think your computer is Infected? Then please perform a scan with Ad-Aware 8.1 - if this does not solve the problem then read this topic and follow the instructions. HJT logs go in the "Hijack This Forum ONLY".
