I realize Windows 98SE is no longer supported. However the website has the following in the upper right hand corner: "Down load current definition file- Ad-Aware SE".
Is there a way to down load these new definitions to the Ad-Aware SE program on my computer running Windows 98SE? |

Updates are still occasionally issued for SE because some buisnesses still use it.
Download the file from the website to your desktop. Then unzip it (right click > extract). Look for the folder C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Replace the file "defs.ref" with the new version. -------------------- Think your computer is Infected? Then please perform a scan with Ad-Aware 8.1 - if this does not solve the problem then read this topic and follow the instructions. HJT logs go in the "Hijack This Forum ONLY".
