I'm not computer literate, but get by just following instructions and clicking on buttons presented to me.

The last two times I have tried to "perform system scan" and hit the "perform full system scan", it has run until it gets to C:\Program Files\Cyberlink\Power DVD (which is 102,874 items into the process). After some hours it still doesn't budge, and I hit CANCEL
If I select "perform smart system scan" it runs through that fine, takes much less time and obviously doesn't cover my whole system
Can you help, please? Thanks!
