I cannot change my home page.
If I go to Tool>Internet Options and enter desired homepage it remains stuck on INdia.MSN.CO
I want to change to UK.MSN.CO
Advice Please

Would you happen to be using Nortons if so i think
there is a setting in options to stop spyware/virus
from doing just that.

Would you happen to be using Nortons if so i think
there is a setting in options to stop spyware/virus

I have Windows XP, Windows Firewall, Ad-Aware Se Persnal, Spybot search & destroy, AVG Free and Sky Broadband.
My Home page is stuck on in.msn.co (India MSN Homepage) Sky technical support is base in India I wonder if there is a connection?

Hello

It is possible that the page redirects you to the india version of the site due to your IP adress (i.e. some webpages read your IP location and redirects you to your "local" version of their site).

I suggest that you try to set the home page to a different one and see if your system changes that one.

I have tried changing Homepage using standard method. See my first post.

UPDATE!!!!
I am using MSN Explorer to access the internet and my MSN email.
It is the homepage that MSN Explorer directs me to that I wish to change.

I having the same problem and the home page seems to be permanently set to Lavasoft. I have reset it several times to something else and it always come back to Lavasoft. I guess there are two of us having this problem.
