I just did a fresh install of Windows XP (SP2) and one of the first things was to install Ad-Aware Personal SE. However, starting the program from the start menu doesn't actaully start it up. If I go into the Task Manager and look at the current proceses running, I see Ad-Aware.exe running but the probram doesn't start up.
Has anyone had this problem? As I said it's a fresh install of Win XP and everything else seems to be running fine.

siklosg,
Reboot (ie: Re-start your PC)
after rebooting download another fresh copy of Ad-aware SE Build 106 Also remember to use the WebUpDate
to get the latest Definition file
(SE1R107 09.05.2006)
before scanning.
