Hi
I noticed this is a little old. If you are still having this problem can you try a system restore. As this is an exe also can you try this from the command prompt. You will first need to boot into Safe Mode with a command prompt and then run the system restore from the command line.
Full instructions on how to run the command and a link on how to boot into Safe Mode with a command prompt see this Microsoft article:

Pick a date to restore to before you first had this issue. Hopefully this will get you working again.

Where did you cut and paste that information from? It was posted on the original Lavasoft forums that are no longer available.
