I've trying to activate a AdAware Free Antivirus and I keep getting a Activation Failed! please try again later message.
I have been trying on and off for a few weeks to activate with no luck. I emailed support a couple of weeks ago as well but that seems to have gone nowhere as I havn't heard back from them.
Could anyone offer any suggestions as to what may help? As far as I can work out, there is a install count or similar flag that need to be reset at AdAware.

The usual way of handling activation and license problems is to use the form on http://lavasoft.com/...contact_support for paying customers and on http://lavasoft.com/..._problem_report for users of Free or Trial and paying customers that can't use the first form. Then an email will be sent directly to Lavasoft support department. Sometimes there is a problem with the system sending the email, so if you don't get an answer within 48 hours (workdays), you can send a PM to me containing email address, activation code/license key and other important information. I'll forward it to the support department.
