I have shred on one of my drives Free Space, I selected:

Shred all free (unused) disk Space
Extra thorough shredding (includes slack)
HMG Infosec, Baseline

It completed successfully, but I ran an undelete program and it still saw all of my deleted files.

i rebooted and ran a disk check, the undelete program still see's the files.

This is windows 7 64 bit, drive is 1.3TB with 586GB free space using NTFS.

What am I doing wrong?

Since you have bought the product, you can use the Lavasoft support instead of this forum with volunteers (few with experience of File Shredder): http://lavasoft.com/...contact_support
