I have Ad-Ware Total Security and Lavasoft Registry Tuner. The first one is not working, but the second one is OK. I tried to reintalled the Ad- Ware with the disqyet , but I can not. The following mwssage is coming: 1152. Error Extracting
C:users/Antonio/AppData/Local/Temp/C7A141
to the temporary location
My billing information is;
Order number, XXXXXXXX, Purchase Date: 2/24/2012

Since you have bought the product, you can use the Lavasoft support instead of this forum with volunteers (few with experience of Ad-Aware Total Security): http://lavasoft.com/...contact_support

Did you start the installation by right-clicking the installation file and selecting "Run as administrator"?
