Ad-Aware Free 10.2 Activation failed

Activation failed

Good day ,

Have used Ad aware Free for many , many years .

On 09 August 2012 , as requested by Lavasoft , loaded version 10.2.21.3698 -
registered , received activation key - tried to activate :
received message " Activation Failed " .

Have repeated this again , again - also uninstalled 3 times , reloaded - still no success ,
over 15 days .

Stand alone computer , no firewall problem - all updates being received from Lavasoft

Reported problem twice to Lavasoft over last 10 days - Problem Support and Feedback -
NO response nor help !!!!

Urgently need Lavasoft to : Sort out the activation problem

Hi WilliamG,

Do you mean that you have selected Feedback in the Info menu?
That message is sent to someone in the product management team and is input for next version of Ad-Aware.

The proper place for serious problems with the free version is http://lavasoft.com/..._problem_report and if you haven't used that page, please do so. If you don't get a response within 48 hours or already have used that page, send me a PM with your email address and activation code. I'll forward them to my contact person at Lavasoft, who will forward it to the support team and they will contact you.
