I've downloaded 10.2.21.3698 Ad Aware and when trying to do anything it just completely hangs everything on my computer to the point I have to give up, turn it off and start again. The mouse won't work, the program won't close, sooo frustrating! I've downloaded it twice, waited (ages it seems) to have it install, and again the same thing happens. I'm SO disappointed in this version of Ad Aware. I've been using it for EVER and never had problems till now. I can't activate, can't do anything.
HELP PLEASE!

Which Windows do you have?
Do you have another antivirus program installed?
If no: What antivirus program did you have before you installed Ad-Aware 10.2?
