Hi have tried to download version 10 personal security which my husband has paid for, and will not load on my daughters laptop OS Vista 32 bit, saying norton is still on there, which it isn't. Please help!

Hi basilben,
Have you run Symantec's special removal tool? The usual uninstallation isn't enough to remove all of Norton.
