This is not an FP. It's a hidden iframe pointing to an unknown IP which seems to be used for user tracking on a semi-unreliable ad network:

Hello andy, sorry if i reply here but is this a real virus and should i worry somebody can enter my computer? I cannot remove this so called virus... Everytime comes back under different name in my scan. Under google caches. And i dont know which site has this virus. Dont know what to do now.

Sorry, it is hard to know what a computer on internet will do. Even if it today only tracks what you do on internet, it maybe tomorrow starts doing something more dangerous. It is also impossible to say from which web site it is, you have to check yourself.
