Have you downloaded any definitions?
Without definitions Ad-Aware can't find malicious files.
Did Ad-Aware Free Antivirus+ Trial work before you asked for a key to the Pro Trial?

Do you have Ad-Aware version 10.0, 10.1 or 10.2?

Do your computer use a proxy server to connect to internet?

Do you have another antivirus or similar program installed?

Did Ad-Aware Free Antivirus+ Trial work before you entered the key for the Pro Trial?
When did you install Ad-Aware 10.2?
Did you have Ad-Aware 10.1 before that? If yes, did it work?

Maybe the computer is infected since you had no protection. Infections often interferes with antivirus programs and stop them from working properly.
Run an online scan with Eset http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/

Un-check "Remove found threats"
Check "Scan Archives"

Click "Advanced Settings"
Check:
Scan for potentially unwanted applications
Scan for potentially unsafe applications
Enable Anti-Stealth Technology

Click Scan

Report the result of the scan, what has been found and in which folders and files. Sometimes the log file C:\Program\Eset\Eset Online Scanner\log.txt is created. Open it in Notepad and paste its content in your answer.

What happens when you start an online scan, in which way doesn't it work?

Which Windows do you have?

Windows XP Service Pack 3 no other problems i don't run online scan

I'm sorry but it is very difficult for me to understand you.

Maybe best that you contact Lavasoft support instead, since they can connect to your computer and see what happens, instead of me trying to understand what you mean.
