Over hours ago I ordered Ad-aware Personal Security but I still have not recieved an email or anything. I tried calling the support number for the US and it started out in English but then was other languages I did not understand so I got no where with that.
So I went to FAQ and found:
Who should I contact if I have questions regarding payment?
Please contact Lavasofts ecommerce provider who is Cleverbridge regarding payment and ordering issues.
BUT when I clicked on Cleverbridge it said page not found ughhh
I need help resolving this and possibly even canceling my order because of the inability to get my questions answered without having a big hassle. I mean if all this happens it makes me not want t trust Lavasoft.

Have you checked any spam or junk mail folders? It is rather common that those emails end up there.
I'll also inform my contact person at Lavasoft, but I think that person will not be in the office until Monday.

Please, send the email address you entered when placing the order in a PM to me and I will forward it to the support department. With the email address, they will be able to track your order and see what happened.
