I wanted to install the free version. The site kept trying to get me to click on "install PRO", but I kept clicking the "No, just give me the free version" buttons.... Got everything downloaded and installed - and the first thing I see is "Your trial of PRO will expire in 30 days."... I DO NOT want the PRO and was very careful (I thought) to install only the free version. I would like to downgrade to the free version, but cannot get through to the customer service contact form - keeps telling me my password is incorrect, even when I have them send me a temporary new one.
Very frustrated.
Downgrade to free version?

Hi narkster,
The installation file for 10.1 will always install the trial of the Pro version. If you don't want to use the extra features in the Pro version, you disable all the features below "Advanced Protection" on the main screen of Ad-Aware.
