cannot enable?

Hi, i have just updated my Ad-Aware to the new version 10 and i am having some problems. I cannot enable the Real-Time Protection, or the Advanced Firewall. Because of this my firewall is disabled and there basically is no virus protection. I am also unable to use the scan. I don't have any other real-time software or antivirus really so can anyone give me a solution?

Hi SamF,

What antivirus program did you have before? Only 9.6? 9.6 Free or Pro?
Have you restarted the computer to see if Ad-Aware works better?
Has Ad-Aware been able to update the definitions?
