Hello, All.

I've had the free version of AA for a long time and bought Pro and Registry Tuner today. RT loaded and registered without any issues but AA Pro won't accept my registration key and when I launch AA Free it just says "Initializing Engine" and does nothing else.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi Mistrgoodwrench,

It is only Lavasoft that can help you with registration issues, and not this forum with mostly volunteers: http://lavasoft.com/...contact_support

Do you have another antivirus program or similar program installed? It might be some kind of conflict with that stops Ad-Aware from working.
