Virus Scan detects infected file - no action no information

The two most recent scans run on my machine by Ad Aware Total Protection indicate that there is an infected file:

Analysis performed in full: 5/3/2012 3:20:28 PM
1190295 files checked
1 infected files detected
0 suspicious files found

[Full log attached]

Nothing seems to have been done about the infection.
And there is nothing about what file is infected or where it is on the system.
How can I find this out?

This wasn't a post about a stubborn infection. It is about the failure of Ad Aware to provide any useful information.
Please return this post to the sub-forum where I posted it.

If you want to complain to or have an explanation from Lavasoft regarding a product you have bought, you should use Lavasoft support instead of this forum with volunteers (very few with any experience of Total Security): http://lavasoft.com/...contact_support
