Need to make Ad aware work

A few months ago I had my ad aware renewed. Now when I run the program it come s up with a free version and I cant get hold of support to resolve this issue. I need the on line support to contact me and get this problem resolved. How can I get the support on line. I dont have a registration number . They done it on-line.

Well my name is Ronald C HAmpton That would be the name on the account.. It was 6-8 months ago. I do not remember the name off the tech. He took control of my Desktop and downloaded and activated the Lavasoft.
I know I paid for it because we used my Debit card. I cannot find anything. MAybe you can get on my computer and look around.
