Hi,
We suffered a significant outage a number of days ago which required extensive hardware infrastructure re-configuration. This has now been resolved. However, we are receiving reports of a different update issue - Ad-Aware 9.6 clients are not receiving updates beyond 0150.0675.
We have identified the problem and are currently working to fix it. This involves extensive recoding of the internal updating system that distributes the definition files to work with the infrastructure re-configuration. Our engineers are currently working on this.
Ad-Aware is working as it should - there is no manual workaround to fix this. I will report here when I have more information.
Thank you for your reports thus far - it has been very helpful.
Regards,
Andy Browne

Update
Ad-Aware clients will now download the latest def file: 0150.0681. We are still working to tidy up some loose ends, but we anticipate completion of the work within 24 hours.
