I run aaw total. Cant update nor register serial

Lavasoft is working with the update problem that other users also have reported.

PS. Did you get any help with the firewall settings?

btw my serial is alredy registered? or someone else has done it before me?

I cant update 9.6 Either. My last update was 11.14.2011 Software is marked to automatic update. Tried to manually update but software start update and downloads one or two files then shuts the software off.
Also I have 9.5 and 9.6 versions on computer. I don't know how this happened, maybe when I updated it didn't remove 9.5. Would this have anything to do with updating?

Hi Eddact,

hjmla and other persons have problems with updating Ad-Aware Total Security. I have Ad-Aware Internet Security 9.6 and it is updating as usual. I suggest that you uninstall both your Ad-Aware programs and install 9.6 again.

I tried to uninstall using revo and didn't work. Also tried to format and reinstall neither work
