Contacting Lavasoft Support -- Possible?

I bought my licenses online and need technical support.
The Laqvasoft site requires that I have an account to get tech support. Accessing tech support through that account requires that I use a product registration first. However, the product registration applies only to people who bought their copy of Adaware in a retail store. There is no visible method for an online cusotmer to access tech support.
Is there no support available for customers who buy their licenses online through the lavasoft site?

Sure you can get support when you have bought the license online. I am not sure what you have done, but please see this post by LS Digger Barnes for different possibilities:
If you have done that and still do not succeed, write here and I will hint support of your issue. Or maybe support reads this topic, they sometimes visit the forum.

Please send me a personal message including the email address you have placed on the account at the time of purchase and I will gladly send you your login information in order for you to contact support.
