Hi
when i try to delete Lavasoft folder from program files {x86} on my computer. i get the action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. have have tried unlocker program it does not help. i have tried to resart my computer then delete that did not work. can anyone please tell me how to delete the Lavasoft folder? is there a program that does the same thing as unlocker program that does work? i have tried to delete in safe mode that does not work.

Hi kevin42,

You should not delete the folder of Ad-Aware when Ad-Aware is running or installed. Please, uninstall Ad-Aware by following the guideline: How to uninstall Ad-Aware 9.x
