After a scan an object is listed.
It is written as *real*

Hi noname,
Cookies are not related to the installed programs but are small text files that web pages can store in the computer, for example to know which ads you have seen.
In your case there are two cookies from one or two web sites with the word "real" in the name. It is up to you to decide if you want to keep them or remove them.
