The latest update, 9.5.1, still does not resolve the issue of the Anti-Virus Engine in Ad-Watch Live! switching itself back on. The tick keeps arriving back in the checkbox in the Detection Layers section of the Settings panel. It has been discussed previously here:

Lavasoft reports that this error will be corrected in next major version, but release date has not been decided yet.
