I purchased an upgrade to pro through the website today. On the u-bill screen it said I would receive my key within 5 minutes. I did not receive the key. To make matters worse after talking to u-bill support who has my purchase on file I cannot log into lavasoft customer support even after retrieving my password for the associated email address on the purchase. I am pretty flustered at this point as I have no way to get the product I paid for and no way to contact technical support. What do I do?
