I loaded the free Adaware version (Ad-Aware90Install_2011-03-25) and performed a complete scan; now whenever I try to play "JewelQuest Online Party" I get the message i-Win Games Manager stopped working ( a problem caused the program to stop working). I was getting this message for the i-Win game "Wordscape Online Party" as well.

I redownloaded the games, updated Adobe FlashPlayer, Shockwave, and Java and uninstalled Ad-Aware. After numerous redownloads of the i-Win Games Manager I finally got Wordscape to work (with some issues) but the JewelQuest game continues to shut down before it loads. What can I do to make these games work correctly again?

Also, I suspect that Ad-Adware did not completely uninstall, and its installation file is still on my C drive. Do I want to delete all traces of Ad-Aware to resolve my issues?

Hi CeceliaB, thanks for the response. I am a Windows Vista Home Premuim user with an HP Pavillion a6838f model. I used the free Ad-Aware 9 and uninstalled Ad-Aware but I still have the install app on my C drive.

When I go to: Vista and 7 - C:\ProgramData\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\
Instead of finding: Logs\Scan_<date information>.log
I find ONLY: Vista and 7 - C:\ProgramData\Lavasoft\License\adawware da.2 and guid.dat

The files requested may have deleted when I uninstalled. I searched my computer for "quarantine" and found nothing.
Should I reload Ad-Aware to obtain the files requested or are they lost forever?

You are welcome.

Probably the files were deleted when you uninstalled Ad-Aware and they will not come back when you install Ad-Aware again.

Please, upload the files that Ad-Aware removed or provide links to the web page where they can be downloaded.

I reinstalled Ad-Aware, ran another full scan and attached the logfile. I couldn't upload a screenshot of Adaware's Quarantine results, it said that type of file not permitted. The Quarantined files were as follows:

Family--Win32.Adware.IEHlpr Action--Do nothing
Details--c:\program files\...\elauncher.exe Action--Do Nothing
Details==c:\programdat\...\elauncher.exe Action--Do Nothing

The first time I ran Adaware I selected "remove" because I thought they were harmful.

Hi,

You don't need to do anything particular, after Ad-Aware has been updated, it will be possible for you to have both Ad-Aware and i-Win Games Manager installed without Ad-Aware removing those files.
