Please, start to uninstall by turning off Ad-Watch module in Ad-Aware, since it is usually difficult to remove a file that is being used. Select Advanced Mode followed by Settings to find where to turn off Ad-Watch.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall Ad-Aware using the 'Advanced' Uninstall Mode. In Step 4 of the uninstall make sure to click the 'Select All' button and then the 'Delete' button when prompted and then click Next. When Revo is finished, reboot your computer.
