Hello.
I have spector pro on my computer. i added this to the ignore list but it came up again in a scan as being quarentined. i then clicked restore. The spector pro programme does not open now and i need to view the data that was on it. Can you please help.

In the future, be sure to scan in Advanced Mode so that any cleaning action is prompted. Simple mode scans will automatically take the "preferred" action and clean suspicious files.
If quarantine restore did not work, you may need to try a system restore to a point before the scan/quarantine. That would be easiest if it works; otherwise, here's a thread on how to decrypt files which may be left in quaratine:
