when I try to start progam it just says loading and does nothing else. plus it never asked for my reg. code

I am experiencing the same problem. I am currently running Windows 7 Professional X64 and I have tried running in XP Mode and Vista Mode to no avail.

With new installations, I think the first update takes a very long time, like 30-45 mins. If it's already updated, unfortunately you enter your reg code into the GUI's "Manage License" area. If you can't get to that, you should contact Lavasoft Support via the link in my signature.
