I haven't seen any conflicts reported here with AAW and MSE, so you could try it. Although usually it's best to run only 1 real-time security app to be safe. AAW free version only has processes protection, so it won't catch infected files as they enter the system - only once you run a scan.

I think the two programs slow down the machine very much together. But they work normally.
