I purchased Ad-aware to 10/11/2011 and I can not use it.
works just version 8.1.4 and now I can not update definitions
my operating system is:
64bit windows7
I need help.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, Eset Smart Security 64 bit and Ad-Aware 8.3.3 Pro without any problems.Ad-aware does not work with eset smart security, the computer freezes.

Since you paid for Ad-Aware, you should contact Lavasoft Support via the link in my signature. They should be able to help you determine what's wrong.

Ad-Aware and Eset are not compatible and will cause conflicts since they are both designed to do the same thing.
