Ad-Watch Finalization

When I installed this, it told me that I have to Re-Start my computer to finalize installation of Ad-Watch live.
I pressed not yet or something, don't remember exactly, and then i started doing other things.
When I was done, I restarted my pc so that it would finalize it.
To my surprise, the message was still there after I restarted.
I did this about 3 times with no success!
Please help!

You're trying to install Anniversary Edition, not 8.3, correct? I ask since this post is in the AE section.
